In tropical and subtropical regions (including most of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Caribbean), evening dew is common during specific seasons, particularly October to February when day-night ODIs and T20s are most frequently played.
The dew settles particularly quickly on the outfield because grass blades radiate heat faster than the air, cooling below the dew point earlier. Managing Dew
