A packed Eden Gardens makes it virtually impossible for touring teams to concentrate. Tickets for marquee Test matches — particularly Ashes Tests in England, Boxing Day Tests at the MCG, and India home Tests — sell out quickly. The best approach is to buy through official cricket board websites and book as early as possible. For England Tests, ECB ticketing opens months before the match. For Australia, Cricket Australia ticketing opens in the preceding season. Be cautious of third-party resellers charging significant premiums.
